Very unlikely, but..: The scenario you described suggests an extreme low likelihood to get pregnancy because all the described environment and circumstance are hostile for sperms to survive and swim. But, accidental pregnancy does happen no matter what protection we might take; that is reality of life. So, do the best you can to avoid the meet of sperm and egg. Best wish...
