Normal...: Semen itself has its own smell which varies among individuals. As exposed to the air, semen liquefies in 10-30 minutes, its ingredients mostly protein oxygenates in air, then smell emits like the urine does. So, that is normal and don't worry. If such condition bothers you, just wash or shower and dry the area.
