Result dependant: It is always recommended to use the lowest therapeutic dose of an y medication, so every person can be different. "usual" adult doses can range form 50mg to 200mg doses [high] with 100mg being the most common . Best wishes.

Zoloft: Most often dosing is between 50 to 200 mg. However it may be used with off-label dosing. For instance in some instances - a dose of 400 mg of zoloft might be prescribed. Occasionally, I see someone respond to a dose lower than 50 mg.
