Fertility: Semen leaks out if vaginas after sex in nearly everyone. This is not causing the lack of pregnancy. Fertility testing if you and your wife needs to be done to determine where the problem is.

Fertility clinic: Problem might be yours, or your wife's or combination of both of you. Male factors can usually be determined with a physical examination plus a semen analysis. Analysis will check for number ; activity of your sperm. Your wife will require a detailed gynecologic examination. One or both of you may require blood tests. Good luck.
