It's unlikely. : Take another test, and use the first morning's urine. Pregnancy tests are accurate about two weeks after conception. If it has been at least that long since your last sex (you said it was a month ago), and you still don't get your period or a positive test, then check with your doctor for other reasons for a late period. Pregnancy isn't the only reason for a late period!
