Is it lifelong or...: Is such penile appearance at erection a lifelong condition or just occurring sometime in life? If lifelong, not bothersome, being able to function, do nothing but counseling for realistic understanding. Such is considered as normal variation. If just occurring sometime in life with or without bothering in function, peyronie's disease needs to be considered. So, see urologist for clarification.
