TMJ?: This could be temperomandibular joint disorder(tmj) . This is like an arthritis in your jaw joint that can be very painful, feel like pressure, and can often cause pretty bad headaches (which i see you have as well). It also could be early trigeminal neuralgia, but much less likely. For tmj, first, stop chewing gum if you are. Next, see your doc for treatments, from nightgard, injections, to pt.
