Multiple reasons.: Multiple urinary tract issues such as infections or diabetes or neurologic damage as well as side effects of medications can cause these symptoms. Low back injury may cause neuropathic damage and pain can also affect urination. Please see your pcp.

See doctor timely...: You need to be checked out if you are able to empty bladder of not, or if having UTI obstruction, etc. So, collect the feature, degree, and progress of voiding difficulty over time with its detailed sequence of event, and bring them to doctor for review, analysis, history, physicals, and tests as needed so to deduce what is going on in you and what to do with it.
