Unsure without: More history, but from reading your conditions above, it sounds like it could be a few things, including early type ii diabetes with subsequent neuropathy. Ask your primary to check your sugars just be safe. The distribution of your nerve issues/polyneuropathy suggest it has to be something systemic rather than isolated neuropathies. Any vision changes? Tongue fasciculations? If so, speak with pc.
