Please go to the ER: For evaluation and treatment. Sounds like an abscessed tooth but glaucoma also needs to be looked into. Definitely not anxiety. Best wishes.

Pain: Possibilities include infected tooth, glaucoma, sinus infection, response to medications. See your Dentist and ask him/her to collaborate with your Physician. I don't see this as an anxiety caused problem.
