Would like to find skin treatments that will tighten skin - does thermage work?

My own personal...: ...Experience with thermage is that it causes little or no significant tightening of the skin. I know that good results have been claimed, but i haven't seen any examples. In general, the only reliable skin tightening procedure is plastic surgery.
