Yes if long use...: Heat pack has been recommended by some to temporarily ease the topical discomfort such as after scrotal surgery. Its short-term use poses no proven harm to testes; in long-term use, it can be like working in hot environment has been blamed for male infertility with poor sperm quality. So, its short use is ok, but of course, don't let heat burn the skin but just within tolerable warmness.
