Likely yeast: If otherwise healthy, likely vaginal yeast that got carried along w/stream--otherwise small chance is yeast bladder infection. Could try over the counter yeast treatment (monistat, etc.--5 or 7 day more effective than 1 or 3 day). If still present or if worsens, see your gyn.
