No "normal": Average adults can be anywhere in the 40's for athletically active individuals up to the 80's for some people. Average might be 50-70 bpm.

60-100 resting: But athletic individuals may run resting pulses in the 50's or slightly lower. With activity and exercise the pulse rate will increase to over 100 then come down with rest.
