Penis curvature: There are normal variations in the shape and size of male genitalia. There is generally nothing that can be done to change the shape of your penis.

Seek plastics: There are many variations throughout the population in regards to the size and shape of the penis. In general, these variations have little impact on functionality. If you are concerned about the appearance of your penis, consultation with a plastic surgeon could shed some insight on what treatment options are available to you. All the best!

Leave it alone and..: No two persons share an exact shape or function in each organ; that is called "normal" variation. Just reviewing your scenario at age 46 indicates your penis has worked well for you and you have coped very well if the degree of its bending-upward is not exact what you like now. In compared with millions of men, you're luckily blessed for having all the organs well working for you including penis.

Curved penis?: Most people would want a straight 'normal' one. But i'm not aware of any procedure that can do this, nor physician that would attempt to take normal and change it to a variation of normal. Are you wanting it simply pointing more upwards rather than actually curved like a banana?
