Safe sex: I applaud the two of you being responsible in considering "safe" sex with a condom. Assuming that your partner is ~ your age and healthy! it is likely his nervousness that is causing his detumescence. He may have many concerns, and wearing a condom decreases his sensitivity (less stimulation). Maybe it's not the right time for the 2 of you - you should talk about it, or consider a different bc.
