ER: If you are truly that sick and not keeping anything down, then in fact you are headed towards dehydration and probably need an IV and examination of your electrolytes. Other tests will be done as appropriate as dictated by your condition. Sounds like you need to go in and be checked by your doctor or to an emergency room if necessary.
