I have such bad stomach pains that won't go away there getting worse and worse, thought i might be pregnant? but i dunno and i can't tell my parents

Can call the doctor: Bad stomach pains means something bad going on. It may or may not be related to pregnancy. Pain could be from gallstones in the gall bladder. It could be appendicitis or twisted intestines. One should call her doctor, but if one has no personal doctor who is quickly available, then the proper thing to do is to go to the emergency room... Either riding with someone, or calling 911 for an ambulance.

Be ready to see doc.: How long have you experienced these? Are you sexually active? Don't wait too long and see doctor asap whenever you feel dizzy, weak, chill/fever, fast pulse, flush face, etc. So, collect the feature, degree, and progress of symptoms with their detailed sequence of events and bring them to doc for review, history, physicals, and possible tests as needed so to deduce what you got and how to help...
