An expert!: The most important measurement that reflects the quality in colonoscopy is a doctor's adr (adenoma detection rate). Unfortunately, there is tremendous variability in adr. The minimum should be 20. If you can't get your doctor's adr, find another doctor! doctors with adr above 20 provide ten times the protection from colorectal cancer.
