GET A BLOOD TEST: Have your doctor order a quantitative bhcg which will tell if you are pregnant and quantify how far along you are.

Spotting is common..: Spotting is common is your 1st trimester. From a physician perspective, a faint test is a positive test. If there is any problems, you would want to visit a midwife or obstetrician to test blood levels if there is any concern, with your history. Although they may just monitor you.
