Maybe: Sounds like you are very close to labor at 4cm dilation and 70% effacement. Now all you need are regular contractions. Doctors are typically going to want to see some change in the cervix as a sign of labor.... So moving from 4 to 5 or 6 cm is key. Go to l;d if you are having pain, bleeding, baby not moving as much, sensation your water broke. Best wishes for prengancy!
