You may, BUT: They can both have side effects of hyperactivity and palpitations so use caution and be aware that these meds have similar side effects in this regard. Best wishes.

Not advisable: It is not advisable to take Pseudoephedrine and albuterol concomitantly due to potential enhancement of adverse effects, especially in relation to the cardiovascular system (i.e. Increased blood pressure and pulse).
