Does taking pumpkin seed really work against parasites?

Pumpkin seeds: It is my understanding, that pumpkin seeds may help get rid of parasites. One needs to consume a lot however, and according to what I have read, that means 200-400 grams of pumpkin seeds (one half to one whole pound!). So, you could grind them up and make like a thick soup and drink it. If it were me, i would go to the dr. And take an anti-parasitic medication. Good luck.
