Probably a cyst...: Your described "pimple" hints the presence of overactive hyperplasia of sebaceous gland or sebaceous cyst. If so, leave it alone and don't squeeze it. Such cyst may grow in size over time and even occasionally get infected but not common. Besides, the number of such cyst may increase over time, but unpredictable. So, live on and enjoy life.
