See gyn: This often suggests pregnancy but then even if you did get pregnant this past week, it seems to be too early to cause symptoms this early. Mastitis is another possibility but then it is unusual to have both breasts involved. I think it is prudent to get tested for pregnancy. If not pregnant, see gyn.
