Evaluation/M.D.: A 15 month old who is fussy, tired, short of breath, may have a number of conditions including cardiac or pulmonary problems. I would suggest an evaluation at your pediatrician's office. They may order an oxygen saturation test, a chest x ray and a blood count. Prmg pediatrics will review records at fax 858 442 6146.
