No, not period: I am slightly unclear as to whether you are on the Depo-Provera shot given the list of medications. If you are on the Depo-Provera shot, then this breakthrough spotting / brownish discharge is normal. If you are not on any birth control and have not gotten a period for the entire year, then this is definitely abnormal and deserves evaluation.
