A couple of ideas: Of course the most common reason for this would be a yeast infection. If you've ruled that out, along with any other sort of infection, like UTI or bacterial vaginitis. Then another reason might be vulvodynia or vaginismus. Vaginismus is when the vagina tightens involuntarily. Pelvic floor therapy can help with this. If more from the outside of vulva, then see a gynecologist who specializes.
