Exam: A few ideas come to mind. Tiny bumps on the inside of the vagina are most commonly condylomas or reaction to hpv virus. But these don't typically have any white 'stuff' when squeezed. White stuff, as you say, leans more toward a diagnosis of sebaceous cyst. Bottom line, make an appointment with your gynecologist for an exam so you can be 100% certain what these are.
