Concerns?: Sexual promiscuity does not translate into child abuse. Unless you have a reason to suspect that your son's aunt is abusing your son in any way, your concerns for any health implications related to his aunt's sexual lifestyle should be minimal. All the best.

Basic rule: Most if not all the conditions that someone with many sexual encounters could acquire are not passed in casual contact with others. Even it this includes sharing a drink or food on occasion. If something comes up in your discussions with the kid that gives you reason for concern, let his doc know.
