What should i do if a child gets a bump on the forehead?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Head trauma: Assuming no loss of conciousness or symptoms of a concussion, application of an ice pack to diminish swelling and Acetaminophen or ibuprohren for pain is all that is needed.
