Possibly: Aleve (naproxen) does have some ability to help mild to moderate pain. It is worth a try if your doctor agrees.

CD Treatment: Cervical Dystonia (CD) can be partially relieved by anti-inflamatories or pain medications sometimes, however, most of the time these are not effective. Botulinum Toxin is the first line treatment for Cervical Dystonia and significantly reduces pain. Those that do not respond to or develop antibodies to Botulinum Toxin can undergo Deep Brain Stimulation that can also significantly help pain.
