Probably not: The thick white discharge is not a specific sign of pregnancy. It is clear that these efforts will increase your chances of conception dramatically, but they are not 100%. I understand your frustration. A test should be positive at this point if you are pregnant, but check again in a couple of days if you do not get your period.
