Not sure: Your story seems very odd, that you've had negative pregnancy tests and yet you're 30 weeks pregnant. Honestly, i don't have an explanation for this and maybe someone else on ht has a better explanation. I've never heard of such a thing, or met a patient who described a similar situation. I'm assuming that you've been tested for pregnancy by blood and urine in the last 28 weeks.
