Negligable: Mercury exists is several states. Elemental ( as is the liquid), mercury salts (in pesticides, intiseptics, medicinals) and organic forms (in soil water & a contaminant of fish). The elemental form you played with is very poorly absorbed by the body and is excreted in the urine. Half the amount absorbed is gone in 60 days.By now, any you absorbed thru play is gone. Ingested organic mercury is difft.
