See a specialist: It might be time to see a specialist as it seems as if you've tried a lot of the common medications. A great book to help you as well, is the v book by elizabeth stewart. Can find used on amazon. It's possible that you have a more complex condition, and also possible that a biopsy would help to rule out lichen sclerosis. Clobetasol is strongest med we have for this. See specialist, good luck.
