Suffering from long term acidity & Food/Liquid reflux to food pipe. Taking Zantac. Now,Dr gave me Pantoprazole 40 mg. It sorted the acidity & reflux somehow but every evening,I'm feeling bit nauseous. No vomiting or pain but an urge of wet burping. ?

I had two episodes of sudden dizziness with light vertigo and severe nausea and vomiting which last only several hours. No other symptoms. Head CT and MRI was negative. Now 8 weeks passed, still have some lightheadedness. What is possible diagnosis?
