No: Generally a healthy baby has no odor .. A noticable odor may mean baby stuck some foam up his/her nose and germs are backing up and causing odor. Various metabolic issues can cause the breath to smell fruity or the sweat to smell in distinctive ways. Any persistant smell should be evaluated.
