On zpak for 5 daysfor sinus day 7 still blowing lots of orange and sometimes mixed with blood seems never ending feel good no fever no cough ?

Sinus infection: Of course you know it is a sinus infection. If bacterial, zpak usually works but you need to be on it for a couple cycles( usually 2 zpaks, 10 days. If your not better at all you may need to be on a different antibiotic all together and usually for 3 weeks. Hard to say. Go see the md who put you on the zpak.
