Pre cum--> Sperm : Is the clear, colorless, viscous fluid that is emitted during sexual arousal. It is similar in composition to semen. The presence of sperm in the fluid is debated and uncertain. Research has found no or low levels of sperm in pre-ejaculate (precum), though these existing studies are questionable due to examining small numbers of men.
