Drug info: Omeprazole: used to reduce stomach acid production. Lyrica: used to treat some pain disorders such as fibromyalgia and neuralgia. It is also used for some types of epilepsy.

COMPLICATED: Lyrica (pregabalin) treats nerve pain, don't think has anything to do with uppr GI problems. Omeprazole will treat ulcer or reflux , gastritis. I think elevated liver enzymes is independent. Need more info such as alcohol use which can cause increase alt and upset stomach that will respond to omepeazole. What else do you have and what meds do you take. I recommend discussing with your doctor.
