Get checked ASAP: There are lots of reasons for abdominal distension, and not all of them are due to the GI tract. Even "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease." please see other my healthtap answers on the subject, but there are some very serious gynecologic issues that need to be ruled out here. Evaluation is warranted asap. Not pregnant -- you've checked, right?

See below...: First, I am really hoping that you have checked a pregnancy test - no matter what, this is the first step. Assuming that is negative, then you need to schedule a visit with an ob/gyn to perform a breast exam and to discuss causes of breast pain and bloating. This could all be related to exaggerated cycle related symptoms.
