Less likely: So you had the unprotected sex on day 10 of your cycle. Usually in a 29 day cycle ovulation would occur on day 14 or 15, so you were about 4 days out. Some men's sperm may survive for up to a week (unlikely, though), so there is a hypothetical chance of you getting pregnant, although, probably not very high. Watch for a missed period and then do a home pregnancy test.

? Pregnancy: Ovulation is often unpredictable and one should always use appropriate contraception if pregnancy is a concern. Condoms have the benefit of protecting against most sexually transmitted diseases. If you're concerned about pregnancy i would recommend seeking the advice of your regular physician.
