Unclear: I'm uncertain what you mean by discharge 'men's like'? Do you mean that your vaginal discharge is cloudy like semen? If so, completely normal. Vaginal discharge is sometimes clear, sometimes cloudy. So long as no itching or foul smell you should be okay. Condoms prevent pregnancy only 70% of the time... So definitely are not the best at preventing pregnancy. Better than nothing, but not great.
