Urine culture: I don't think that anyone can diagnose a bladder infection or irritation with a plain xray. A urine culture is needed to make a diagnosis of infection. You may have an overactive bladder syndrome. Your urologist is the best one to diagnose and treat your symptoms.

UTI on X-ray ?: I don't think you can diagnose a UTI based on an x-ray. You can see a kidney stone sometimes. You need a urine test to look at the cells and a culture to do that. The same test will show blood c/w a kidney stone. If you have had a cystoscope, you likely have a urologist or ob/gyn who you should ask about your symptoms. Look up interstitial cystitis. You may have a very early case.
