Yes, definitely!: If you're not using a diaphragm/condom/foam, or other means of contraception, there will still be sperm present and puts you at risk for unwanted conception.

YES: Sperm leaks out constantly during sex.It is NOT JUST THE MAIN LOAD !!!!! It only takes one sperm to get you pregnant and it sounds as if you have been exposed to thousands. Keep this up and you will be pregnant if you are not already.
