Maybe : There are some glands on the areola which are normal breast tissue. However, since i'm not there examining you, i recommend that you see a doctor any time you notice an unusual mass on your breasts. As far as pregnancy is concerned it sounds like you guys use the backup method with a condom so you should be okay.
