Are you diabetic??: It is not a worry if you are not a diabetic because when your body is working the way it should Insulin is secreted to take the sugar out of your blood and keep the levels in control. If you are diabetic you need to check your blood sugars to be sure they are under control. There are blood tests to tell called glycomark to see if the blood sugars are consistent or swing a lot throughput the day.
