See cranial dentist: If you're having problems with your jaw cracking, pain in the joint of your jaw, it's time to discuss this with your dentist, as they may be able to recommend you a cranial dentist, who can actually help you. Tmj disorders tend to cause symptoms that you're describing that can also cause headaches and tight neck. This can happen after having major dental work done, in which your mouth was left open for a long time like with your wisdom tooth extraction.

Jaw Pain: Do you clench while lifting? From forehead, temples and to neck, many muscles work together to position your lower jaw into upper skull at TMJ (joints). Since your neck always pops, related joints must be moving in and out of their correct position. Please discuss this with a doctor. A doctor in sports medicine may help and direct you to a trained dentist and other practitioners as needed.
