Yes: January 14th is a while ago... If you haven't had a period since, then, yes, definitely you could be pregnant. Why wait though, take a home pregnancy test and know for certain. They are fast and accurate and then you won't have to wonder. Good luck!

Check a test: If you are sexually active and vomiting, then you must check a pregnancy test. Many women have bleeding in early pregnancy that is mistaken for a period. So, in answer to your question, yes you might be pregnant and a test is very important to check.
